Questions about our blanks?

What materials do you supply as engraving blanks?
We carry a range of blanks suited for fiber and CO₂ lasers, including wood, acrylic, coated metals, leather and leatherette, and select specialty substrates. Availability can vary by size and finish — contact us with your specific needs and we’ll confirm current stock or lead times.
Are the blanks ready to engrave?
Yes. Our blanks are cut to size and manufactured to be laser ready. Edges and surfaces are consistent, and materials are selected for reliable results on typical laser systems.
Do you offer bulk or custom sizes?
We support both single-piece and bulk orders. Custom sizes or quantities can often be arranged depending on material. Tell us the dimensions, thickness, and quantity you need and we’ll provide options and pricing.
What laser types work with your blanks?
Most of our blanks are compatible with standard fiber and CO₂ laser engravers. Results depend on your machine’s power, speed, and focus settings. If you have a specific material or machine in mind, we can advise on suitability.
How should I store the blanks?
Keep them flat, dry, and away from direct sunlight or extreme temperature swings. For wood and certain coated materials, stable humidity helps prevent warping or surface issues before engraving.
Do you ship, and how are blanks packaged?
Yes, we ship. Blanks are packaged to minimize damage during transit. Larger or bulk orders may require additional protection or freight options — we’ll confirm details when you order.
Do you have catalogs available?
Yes. We have both physical and virtual catalogs and weblinks. Send us an email with the items needed and we will email you links for review and download.
How are orders handled?
Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you the appropriate catalog. Once you have the items selected, email us the quantities and order numbers and we’ll get the order completed for you.
Can you do the personalization as well?
Yes. We can use your blanks or you may order ours and we can take care of the personalization. There are minimums and some associated fees — we’ll go over everything during the order request.
