On-site only
Multi-day training per student
LightBurn required. Classes typically 1–3 days. Lunch break unpaid.
CO2 & Fiber: 1 student is $800 per day, or $600 per person per day with 2+ students.
Diode: 1 student is $300 per day, or $200 per person per day for spousal/partner/other.
Prices below are the full multi-day total per student. (Does not include travel or State/Local taxes)

What services do you offer for laser engravers?
Cleaning, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, minor repairs, optics care, alignment, and performance tuning for fiber and CO₂ (and most diodes except X-Tool warranty conflicts).
Do you work on OmTech and other brands?
Yes — OmTech fiber/CO₂, Boss, Thundar, SA Laser, and most diodes. Tell us your model and we’ll confirm.
Do you offer maintenance plans or training?
Yes. Recurring maintenance schedules and practical LightBurn / production training (virtual or onsite).
How do deposits and refunds work for training?
Deposits are required and non-refundable. We allow rescheduling with reasonable notice or for facility emergencies, extended power loss, or weather delays.
