About IDX
Concept to Creation
Proudly headquartered in the Lone Star State, with Idaho roots. Same crew mindset: design, engrave, print, and build.
Hello!
Welcome to TEAM IDX.
We started in Idaho’s Magic Valley (still there. Just doing some upgrades). The live shop is in East Texas. Same crew mindset either way: design, engrave, print, and build work that doesn’t look like the template.
The team is mixed, talented, and heavily dosed with humor and sarcasm. That’s the asset. We work so you feel like family, not a ticket number. We take the job seriously. We don’t take ourselves that seriously — except Katja, who claims she dies a little every day.
What I.D.X means
The X is the unknown we solve, and the infinite we build toward.
-
Imagine
Every project starts with your idea. Come by the Texas shop for coffee and bring it, or email it in.
-
Design
Graphic and web design, logos, and brand work — premier design that doesn’t look like the template.
-
eXecute
X is multiplication, the unknown, the infinite. We engrave, print, and build it: laser engraving, signs, apparel, and drinkware made to last.
The mark
Behind the badge
- The eagle is our national bird.
- Red, white, and blue come from the flag we live under.
- The Lone Star is Texas, home of our corporate office.
About us
Who we are
TEAM IDX brings together traditional values and modern minimalist design. Character, integrity, commitment, punctuality, and respect are the standards we work by—and we do not set them aside.
Quality of service is never compromised. Clients come with different budgets; they receive the same stature and the same care.
What we do
Premier design. A real customer experience. Work that lasts and doesn’t look like everyone else’s.
We do laser engraving, web and graphic design, logos and brand work, content marketing, and small-item printing. We also print the large stuff: banners, rigid signs, window film, wraps, floor graphics, and magnets.
On the made-to-order side: custom apparel, hats, drinkware, accessories, holiday décor, pet items, and home goods.
Firearms work lives under the same roof — we customize all non-serialized parts only. Come by for coffee. Bring an idea. Leave with a site, a graphic, an engraving, or non-serialized parts that you actually own. Ring drop-off welcome. Xbox optional.
