Our process covers full custom lettering, logos, shapes, and color options. We work with both traditional neon-style tubing and modern LED systems so you can choose the look and energy efficiency that fits the project. Mounting options, dimmers, and indoor or outdoor ratings are available as needed.

Step one

Email us your basic dimensions to helpus@teamidx.com. Include your sign type, application/event/use, overall size, colors, and any artwork you have available for review.

Step two

Once we receive your spec sheet, we will start the mockup and drafting process. We will have a concept back to you within 2 business days.

Step three

Once you have reviewed the artwork draft, feel free to ask questions, make revisions, or approve the artwork.

Step four

Once we receive your approval, we will send you a final spec sheet, official quote, and invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will start production. Most custom signs take about 2 weeks to produce and ship. Total production time is typically 3 weeks from start to finish, but depending on the design, sign type, and features, it could be longer.
