Cancellation & Rescheduling
- All appointment fees are non-refundable.
- One free reschedule is included; each reschedule after that is a $75 fee.
- Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. With less notice, the appointment and fees are forfeited.
- A no-show is anyone more than 5 minutes after the start time. Arriving more than 2 minutes late may shorten the session.
- Emergency exceptions are at IDX’s discretion and must be requested in writing.
- Onsite training is a booking fee only. Travel and expenses are invoiced separately.
- Multi-student discounts require both students to be present for at least half the class.
- Eye protection is required. IDX does not provide extra.
