Shipping & Returns

TEAM IDX makes custom laser engraving, signs and banners, apparel, drinkware, DTF gang sheet transfers, and custom coins and medals through The Mint (IDX Minted). Almost everything we make is built to your specs, so please read this page before you order.

• Standard production: 2–4 weeks from the time your order is paid and any required proof is approved.
• No rush, 48-hour, or short-notice options are available on any product.
• DTF transfers: ship in 2–3 business days after payment (this is the only exception to the 2–4 week timeline).

Turnaround starts when payment clears and, when a proof is required, when you approve it. Holidays, carrier delays, and events outside our control can affect ship dates. Dates we share are estimates, not guarantees.

• Shipping is priced by weight at checkout.
• We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.
• Free 2-day shipping may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Ask us before checkout if you need it.
• You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Please double-check it before you place the order. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
• If an order is returned to us for any reason (including an incorrect or incomplete address), you are responsible for prepaying the shipping to send it back to you.
• Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

We accept Square card payments and Cash App Pay only.

Your card or Cash App Pay account is charged when you place the order. We do not accept checks, money orders, Venmo, or PayPal for online orders.

TEAM IDX may offer discounts and promo codes on eligible products.

Minted products (custom coins, medals, and other items under The Mint / IDX Minted) are not eligible for discounts.

When your order needs a proof, we will send it to the email on your order. Production does not start until you approve the proof.

You are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, logos, colors, sizes, and layout before you approve. Once a proof is approved, changes may not be possible. Remakes needed because of an error on an approved proof are at the customer’s expense.

If you need to cancel, email helpus@teamidx.com as soon as possible.

• We can usually cancel an order before production starts and before a proof is approved.
• Once production has started, there are no cancellations and no refunds.

Most of what we sell is custom and personalized. Once a proof is approved (or, for no-proof items, once production has started), orders are generally final sale.

What we will fix

If we made a production error (wrong item, wrong art we controlled, or a clear manufacturing defect), email helpus@teamidx.com within 24 hours of tracking showing delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and of the packaging if the package arrived damaged).

If we confirm the error was ours, we will remake the order as our sole remedy. We do not issue refunds.

What we typically cannot accept returns on

• Custom engraved items after proof approval
• Custom signs and banners after proof approval
• Custom apparel and drinkware after proof approval or after production has started
• DTF transfers once produced
• Minted coins, medals, and other The Mint / IDX Minted products after proof approval

Damaged in shipping

If your package arrives damaged, note it with the carrier when possible, take photos of the package and the product at delivery, and email us right away at helpus@teamidx.com within 24 hours of tracking showing delivery. With that documented proof, TEAM IDX will file the carrier damage claim.

Non-custom / blank items

Unused non-custom or blank items may be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery, in original packaging and unused condition. The customer pays return shipping. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

To start a return, email helpus@teamidx.com with your order number before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Sales tax is collected where required by law based on your shipping address and applicable state rules.
